To adopt a county in Maine, first check the County Page to see if the county you wish to adopt is available. If it is available, email the State Coordinator, Tina S. Vickery, with the subject �ADOPT� and the name of the county. She will verify that the county is available, and will contact you. Do you have material or information collected in your research that you would like to contribute to help fellow researchers and cousins? If you have an interest in contributing material to this site or other MEGenWeb Project site, please contact the County Coordinator of the site, or the State Coordinator. Our experienced hosts will help you determine whether the material or information can be published online. When needed, we'll help scale photographs and maps, and otherwise assist in readying material for online presentation. You will receive full credit for your submission(s), you will retain copyright on original material, and you will always have the option of removing the material, should you decide to at a later date. Contact your County Coordinator, or the State Coordinator today!
